  •  The Credit Union provides a variety of loan options to those members looking to purchase a home.  We offer FHA, VA, Conventioanl and Non-Conventional first mortgage alternatives and will work with you to find the option that best serves your needs and situation.
  • Through our partnerships with national organizations we are able to offer first mortgages throughout the United States.
  • The Credit Union can also provide, as an option to its membership, a source to refinance their existing first mortgage loan to reduce the interest rate or the term of the loan.
  • For those members who have been affected by the housing market, we can provide a loan option through HARP(Home Affordable Housing Program).  Which can allow a mortgage refinance without equity in the property.

 

HELOC(Home Equity Lines of Credit) and Second Mortgages

  • The Credit Union is able to provide HELOC or Second Mortgage Loans to qualified members.
